Our Promise & Refund Policy

In order for us to render the best quality service to our client family for all Alabama events, we kindly require our client family to agree to the below terms & conditions:

Payments & Refunds

Client payments for DJ events are due no later than 1 business day prior to the start of the event. Our Professional Disc Jockeys (DJs) are not allowed to set up if payment is not remitted. No deposit is required to book our services. Payment/deposit is fully refundable if the client cancels no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Due to preparations, booking, and equipment costs for our staff, if a client cancels within the final 48 hours of the event, the deposit/payment will not be refunded. Catastrophic events such as weather, death, and hospitalization will warrant a full refund, regardless of the cancellation timeframe. In the unfortunate event our DJ/Wedding DJ has to cancel, this invoice/receipt serves as our contractual obligation to return any payments we received for DJ services in full to our customer.

Playlists Policy

Professional DJ has Full Discretion

Thank you for choosing us as your Professional DJ service for your special day. We are looking forward to making your wedding a memorable and enjoyable event with live music. We appreciate that you are providing us with a playlist of your preferred songs. However, we would like to inform you that our DJ has full discretion to play the songs that best suit the mood and atmosphere of the wedding. Our DJ/Wedding DJ is a professional and experienced performer who knows how to read the crowd and create a perfect mix of music for your guests.

Playlist Deviation

We hope you understand that our DJ's goal is to make your wedding a success and that sometimes it may require deviating from the playlist. We assure you that our DJ will respect your musical taste and preferences and will not play any songs that are inappropriate or offensive. By the direction of our Vice President, we cannot play a reception playlist song for song, or in any order, (except for official dances). The DJ retains creative control over the selection, order, and mixing of the songs and playlist. Thank you for your cooperation and trust in our DJ service. Safety of our Professional

Safety

The DJ reserves the right to cancel or terminate their performance at any time, without any penalty or refund, if they feel that their safety, health, or reputation is threatened or compromised by the clients, the guests, or any other party.
